The strength is in the movement

One of the most frequently asked questions in physical training is “do I have to be in shape to train with you?” Let me ask a question. When you were 10 years old would you have said A) “Wow that looks fun, let’s go play” or B) “I can’t do that, I’m scared to try anythng that looks too fun”.

Our motto is “the strength is in the movement”. Simply, in order to┬ádevelop flexibility, put the building blocks in place to build functional strength, and increase your stamina for all physical activities it is necessary to learn many new movement skills.
